The Photographer will not be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or government restrictions. 10. Conduct and Safety
The Clients agree to ensure that guests and vendors cooperate with the Photographer and do not obstruct their work. The Photographer reserves the right to terminate coverage if they feel unsafe or harassed, with no refund obligation. 11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales. 12. Entire Agreement
